1. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirm a session. A session is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Hacons Media and any required deposit has been received.
2. Payments & Deposits

4. Image Usage & Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hacons Media retains the copyright to all images produced. Usage rights granted to the client will be specified in the session agreement. Full terms to be added.

Personal information submitted via the booking form (name, contact details) is used solely for the purpose of responding to your booking request. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
